The royal prince of Ijoun kingdom in Yewa North Local Government area of Ogun State,,Prince Abdul Fatai Adewusi has announced the passing unto glory of his mother a year after his father, His Highness Oba Razaq Adewusi joined his ancestors.

In a release made available to Inkline Times, a visibly down Prince Adewusi wrote:

“With an extremely saddened mind and total submission to the will of God the most High, I announce the passing away of my lovely mother Olori Oluwafunmilayo Ayoola Adewusi (Nee Adesina). She joined the saints on Friday the 28th of August, 2020 aged 62 after a brief illness”.

The statement further stated that, the deceased would be laid to rest at her Oke Okuta area of Ilaro residence at 10am on Saturday the 29th of August, 2020. Meanwhile, sympathisers have continue to visit the home of Olori Adewusi after her interment with majority of then describing her as a very good woman who was down to earth and very accommodating.

It would be recalled that the entire Ijoun community was thrown into darkness when the monarch, His Highness, Oba Razaq Adewusi joined his ancestors while receiving medical treatment in the United States.

Inkline Times commiserates with Prince Fatai Adewusi who is also the founder of PFA & Friends Foundation in Ijoun on the death of her mother, urging him to be strong and upright at this trying period.
